Request your data or report a privacy concern

The correct contact depends on whether the request concerns data controlled by a Scriboflow customer or data controlled directly by Scriboflow.

Customer-controlled organisation data

For contract, party, signer, file or other workspace data, contact the organisation that uses Scriboflow. That organisation decides why the data is used and normally handles requests from the people whose data it controls. Scriboflow assists the organisation as described in the DPA.

If you represent the organisation and need Scriboflow's assistance, email privacy@scriboflow.com.

Data controlled by Scriboflow

You can contact privacy@scriboflow.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or information, or to raise another privacy concern. Scriboflow may request information needed to verify your identity and the scope of the request.

Include:

• Your name and Scriboflow account email, if applicable
• The relevant organisation
• The type of request
• A clear description of the affected data
• Relevant dates or contract names without attaching unnecessary confidential content

Never send passwords, magic links, authenticator codes or active signing links.
