Employment Agreement (Fixed Payment)

This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on Date (the "Effective Date").

The Employer and the Employee are each a "Party" and together the "Parties".

2. Written Particulars and Statutory Compliance

2.1 Compliance with the Act on Employment Certificates

This Agreement is intended to satisfy the Employer's disclosure obligations under the Danish Act on Employment Certificates (lov om ansættelsesbeviser), implementing the EU Transparent and Predictable Working Conditions Directive (Directive (EU) 2019/1152), including disclosure of the exact notice periods applicable (Section 14), any employer-provided training entitlement, the extent of any flexibility as to place of work, and the collective bargaining agreement, if any, governing the employment.

2.2 No Blank Fields at Signing

No field in this Agreement or its Schedules that is required to be disclosed under the Act on Employment Certificates may remain blank when the Agreement is signed. If a required disclosure is not included at signing, the Employer shall provide it in writing to the Employee within the statutory deadlines under the Act.

2.3 Collective Bargaining Agreement

3. Position and Duties

3.2 Responsibilities

The Employee shall perform duties associated with the position and any other reasonable tasks assigned by the Employer consistent with the Employee's qualifications.
