This Employment Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on Date (the "Effective Date").

The Employer and the Employee are each a "Party" and together the "Parties".

2. Position and Duties

2.1 Position

The Employee is employed in the position of Job title.

2.2 Duties

The Employee shall perform the duties reasonably associated with the position, as well as other tasks assigned by the Employer within the Employee's qualifications.

2.3 Best Efforts

The Employee shall perform duties loyally, diligently, and in the best interests of the Employer.

3. Employment Status Classification

3.1 Classification

The Parties confirm the Employee's employment status for purposes of Danish employment law: Employment status classification (state whether the Employee qualifies as a salaried employee (funktionær) within the meaning of the Danish Salaried Employees Act (funktionærloven), based on the nature of the Employee's duties and average weekly working time, or does not so qualify).

3.2 Effect on Notice and Other Entitlements

If the Employee qualifies as a funktionær, the notice periods, probation rules and other mandatory protections of the Salaried Employees Act apply, as reflected in Section 13. If the Employee does not qualify as a funktionær, notice shall be governed by the period agreed in Section 13, any applicable collective bargaining agreement, or, absent agreement, a reasonable notice period under general principles of Danish employment law.

4. Commencement and Duration

4.1 Start Date

Employment commences on Date.
