These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") apply to all offers, sales, and deliveries made by the Supplier.

These Terms govern all sales to customers (the "Customer") unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Scope of Application

2.1 Scope

These Terms apply to all quotations, orders, agreements, and deliveries of goods and/or services provided by the Supplier.

2.2 Customer Terms

Any general terms of the Customer shall not apply unless expressly accepted in writing by the Supplier.

2.3 Deviations

Deviations from these Terms must be agreed in writing.

2.4 Business Customers Only

These Terms apply exclusively to sales to Customers acting in the course of their trade, business, or profession ("Business Customers"). These Terms do not apply to, and are not intended to limit the rights of, consumers within the meaning of the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) or other applicable consumer-protection legislation. If the Supplier knowingly enters into a sale with a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection provisions of Danish law shall prevail over any conflicting provision of these Terms.

3. Offers and Orders

3.1 Non-Binding Offers

All offers are non-binding unless explicitly stated otherwise.

3.2 Acceptance

An agreement is concluded only when the Supplier has confirmed the Customer's order in writing.

3.3 Order Rejection

The Supplier reserves the right to reject orders without stating reasons.
