Product Supply Agreement

This Product Supply Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into on Date (the "Effective Date").

The Supplier and the Buyer are each a "Party" and together the "Parties".

2. Products

2.1 Product List

The Supplier agrees to supply the products described in Schedule 1 (the "Products").

2.2 Specifications

The Products shall conform to agreed specifications and applicable laws.

2.3 Changes

Any modification to specifications must be agreed in writing.

3. Term

3.1 Commencement

This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date.

3.2 Initial Term

The Agreement shall continue for an initial term of Number years, unless terminated in accordance with Section 13.

3.3 Renewal

Thereafter, it shall automatically renew unless terminated with Number months written notice.
