Change your plan or billing cycle

Only the organisation owner can change its plan or billing cycle.

1. Open Settings and select Billing.
2. Select Manage subscription.
3. Choose monthly or annual billing.
4. Select the plan you want.
5. Review when the change takes effect and confirm it.

An upgrade to a higher plan on the same billing cycle starts immediately. Stripe charges the prorated amount after tax handling.

A downgrade or a change between monthly and annual billing is scheduled for the end of the current billing period. Nothing is charged when you schedule the change.

The Billing page shows any scheduled change and the date it will take effect. Select Clear scheduled change if you want to keep the current plan instead.

Essential and Pro can be managed directly in Scriboflow. Contact Scriboflow to discuss an Enterprise plan. The organisation's currency is locked after its first checkout.
