See the user, library, storage and attachment limits for your Scriboflow plan.

Usage limits apply across the selected organisation. They control how many users and library items you can have, how much you can store in the Vault, and how many files you can attach to a contract.
Essential limits
- 1 user
- 5 templates
- 5 saved clauses
- 5 data fields
- 100 MB of Vault storage
- 3 attachments and 25 MB of attachments per contract
Pro limits
- 5 users
- 50 templates
- 50 saved clauses
- 50 data fields
- 10 GB of Vault storage
- 10 attachments and 100 MB of attachments per contract
Enterprise limits are tailored to the organisation.
When you reach a limit
Scriboflow prevents the organisation from adding another item when the relevant limit has been reached. Existing items are not removed.
If a plan change leaves the organisation above a new limit, the existing items remain available. Reduce the current usage or move to a plan with a higher limit before adding more.
